I just wanted to share a fairly easy to follow workout that I do at home for myself but to be honest, if I'm alone I have ZERO push and motivation. When I have an audience I definitely work better. 🤣

Hope it was fun at least for some of you who followed me through. I had alot of fun by showing the unglam side of me crawling on the floor and basically just dying from what I planned to do. 😅😄
